Take advantage of a hands-on opportunity to get involved in all aspects of a women-owned and managed small e-commerce business in the Bay Area. We are seeking a motivated and highly-organized Administrative Assistant to work 15-20 hours per week for $25 per hour. This is primarily a work-from-home position with flexible hours and opportunity for growth.
Skills required:

  • highly organized
  • strong attention to detail
  • ability to multi-task
  • proficient in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Shopify and Quickbooks experience a plus, but not required
Responsibilities include:
  • customer service monitoring and response across multiple online channels
  • customer service tracking and resolution
  • order entry, refunds, adjustments in Shopify
  • invoice entry in Quickbooks
  • pull monthly reports and analyze
  • monitor, post and respond to customer online reviews
  • track inventory across multiple sales outlets
