We are seeking a motivated and highly-organized Administrative Assistant to work 15-20 hours per week for $25 per hour. This is primarily a work-from-home position with flexible hours and opportunity for growth.

- Shopify and Quickbooks experience a plus, but not required
- customer service monitoring and response across multiple online channels
- customer service tracking and resolution
- order entry, refunds, adjustments in Shopify
- invoice entry in Quickbooks
- pull monthly reports and analyze
- monitor, post and respond to customer online reviews
- track inventory across multiple sales outlets
